Green Smoothie

  • 8oz water
  • 2 teaspoonfuls Nutriplex Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoonful Synergy Powder or Nutriplex Supergreens Phytofood
  • 1 teaspoonful Nutriplex Whole Food Powder
  • 1 teaspoonful Synergy Manuka Honey

Fruit Smoothie

  • 8oz fresh juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Frozen Berries
  • 1 teaspoonful Synergy Radiance C Powder
  • 2 teaspoonfuls Nutriplex Coconut Oil
