What We Love About Greek Yogurt
- Less carbs than regular yogurt
- More Protein
- Can be used as a SOUR CREAM SUBSTITUTE
A few notes:
- Some come with “fruit”, but it’s a fruit syrup with mostly sugar. Don’t buy these, buy the plain and add your own fruit or walnuts!
- Add xylitol to sweeten if you’d like!
My wife has been using this a lot in reciepes. She’s been using them as sour cream substitute in dips and mash potatoes.
Josh recommends the FAGE (pronounced “fah-yeah”) since it has a no-fat, low-fat, and full-fat.
